- Reviewing and analyzing contracts and agreements to ensure they comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Creating and maintaining contract documentation, including change orders, amendments, and renewals. - Monitoring contract performance and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Managing communication with clients, vendors, and subcontractors regarding contractual obligations and performance.
- Conducting risk and opportunity assessments related to contracts.
- Resolving contractual disputes and claims, and mitigating risks to project schedules and budgets. - Identifying opportunities to improve contract management processes and procedures.
I worked as a site engineer in the NEOM project E 17 and as a consultant for BECHTEL International.
The length of the road is 16643 m.
The excavation quantities are approximately 850 square meters, and the backfilling quantities are 700 square meters. It also contains 22 ferries.
The road connects Sharma Road to Tabuk and Sharma Road to Kial.
work tasks :
Managing parts of road projects.
Supervision of road works.
Surveys GPS.
Examine designs and technical drawings to make sure they are being followed correctly.
Supervising contract employees.
Ensure that project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timelines Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other professional personnel, especially quantity surveyors and general project manager.
Provide technical advice and solve problems on site.
Preparing site reports and filling out other papers.
Communicate with quantity surveyors about ordering and pricing materials.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and sustainability policies and legislation.
Working in the Project Management Office (PMO).
Monitoring and Controlling 36 projects owned by several clients (MOT, MODON, QIDDIYA, NEOM, NWC, NHC and MOF).
Applying PMI standards and principles in the running projects.
Provide necessary templates, access to information and lessons learned from other projects.
Coordinate and represent the company in clients meetings.
Work with Project Management Team to identify project delivery opportunities and threats.
Gather projects data and produce information for management review.
Improve project work collaboration, reporting and communication.
Leading weekly PMO Meeting.
Monitor Projects Scope Creep.
Monitor & Control Projects overall status and products.
I hold a Bachelor Degree in civil Engineering ,graduated in 2020 with a high GPA and Excellent category with class honors.
