With over six years of experience as a Production Engineer at NSSPC, I lead and execute the plans and projects to operate an advanced manufacturing system that produces high-quality polypropylene compounding products as per IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards. I have strong skills in production processes, process engineering, and problem-solving, which enable me to optimize the efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of the production units.
I have also been involved in several special assignments, such as developing operation excellence programs, participating in campaigns, conducting internal audits for quality and SHE management systems, and presenting daily and monthly reports to the NSSPC management team. I am passionate about ensuring the safety and satisfaction of the customers and stakeholders, as well as enhancing my professional development and learning. I hold a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and a certification in The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People®.
learn to deal with complex systems and manage large-scale projects using the most appropriate emerging technologies. The program covers basic topics in Chemical Engineering Technology and areas related to petroleum, petrochemicals and allied industries. Theoretical and laboratory related course work in the department is supported by exposure to industry linked training programs. The department is also planning to offer courses with more specializations, depending on the demand from its stakeholders. Research related activities have already been initiated in line with the fast pace of industrialization in the Kingdom.
