• Analyzing sales to our customer and comparing it with the Targeted figures.
• Flow up with the outstanding debts and insure to collect it on due dates.
• Concentrate to supply the customer with the new items.
• Daily flow up with sales team target to match it with the time gun.
• Responsible for Training and coaching the sales man.
• Daily follow up with the team on their performance & achievements.

Responsibilities:
• Managing the modern trade, whole sale, cash van.
• Storage items forecast weekly.
• Get confirmation on outstanding balance and submit it to account department.

•Managing the modern trade, wholesale, Horace, Pharmacy, and Traditional trade.
•Supervising a team of 4 merchandisers (to control stock flow from the warehouse to the display areas).
•Reviewing Target forecast by items each month.
•Follow up and collect outstanding money.
•Creating the invoices in the system.
•Follow up with delivered items to customers.
