Develop and manage the operation and implementation of recruitment policies, strategies and processes to ensure vacancies are filled in an effective and timely manner via developing and implementing strategies and programs to attract, recruit and select human resource needed to achieve the business objectives.

Play a part in increasing the Saudization presence of employment from 25% to 45% in The Olayan Group
HR process mapping & documentation.
Principal Accountabilities:
Implementing automation of transactional HR services to ensure accurate and timely delivery at the agreed service levels.
Maintains and implements employee relations communication programs to disseminate information to keep employees well informed of Company programs, developments and future plans.
As a member of the HR team conduct HR Administration activities such as preparation of payroll and processing payments, processing employees changes of status and, and maintenance of employee files,
Delivering standard HR services to operating companies and maintaining of employee files.
Develop procedures and systems for hiring staff.
Participate with Operating Companies in developing workforce manpower plans in line with Management strategy and objectives.
Build relations with universities and colleges as sources of recruitment.
Source appropriate talent to fill vacant positions in accordance with required timelines.
Administer the Saudization program.
Develop relations and coordinate with recruiting agents specialized in recruiting both Saudis & non-Saudis national employees.
