Main Responsibilities :
• Worked as the Client’s/PMC representative for managing all EPC contractors project execution works.
• Responsible for overall project management from early planning to final development & handover.
• Manage all aspects of the contract scope through engineering design, procurement construction.
• Maintain the highest standards with respect to safety, quality, progress, and work performance
• Overseeing project activities, plan, direct, control & supervise contractors and third parties.

Main Responsibilities :
• Manage overseeing multiple projects activities, plan, direct and developing operations related initiatives to achieve objectives.
• Responsible for overall progress managing and operations with cost & time norms.

QA/QC MANAGER (Technical Manager) (Dec’ 2007 - Feb’ 2010)
 GOSI Housing & Multi-storied Apartment Buildings Construction, Jubail consists of residential units 350 Villas and 17 Apartment multistorey, all interior and exterior architectural finishes, precast concrete superstructures over cast-in place concrete raft foundations, MEP Telecom Firefighting works, internal road and parking, ground improvement/densification (stone columns-piles), lift station, site developments, infrastructure works etc. The project value was SAR 970 million.

Main Responsibilities :
• Managing overall project quality control/assurance with reference to contract scope.
• Fully implemented Royal Commission (RC) standards and guidelines specifications.
• Prepare & implementation of project quality control plan (QCP), Inspection Test Plan (ITP).
• Leading quality department and staff, resolve QC issues and respective actions etc.
• Impose site construction as per approved procedures, specification & standards.
• Submission of all technical submittal’s materials, drawings, method statement/procedure.
• Preparing technical quarries, review design drawings concerned shop drawings prior to submittal.

• Performed work for the above construction projects with different roles as Site Engineer, QS, Project Engineer to Construction Manager executing from commencement to completion with reference to the specification, approved drawings considering time schedule, quality & safety.
