KEY ROLES AND RESPOSIBILITIES
• Preparation of Monthly Interim Payment Application and conduct negotiations regarding final payment with consultant.
• Discuss with the project team on contractual matters and dealt with day to day correspondences.
• Preparing of Revised Bill of Quantities and providing all the supporting documents for budget, Approval from the Consultant.
• Assist in Preparation of cost estimate as an instructions directed by consultant.
• Preparation of Material Reconciliation Reports.
• Preparation of Weekly Material Request Reports.

• Managing variations & provisional sums, attending for the meetings with the Consultant/Engineer and Employer.
• Sub-Contractor administration and assisting Project Manager in day to day contractual correspondences (Letter writing, Instruction to Sub Contractors etc.)
• Attending meetings with consultant and client regarding ongoing commercial matters.
• Reporting (Weekly reports, Monthly reports, assisting the Project Manager in reporting to Top management)
• Conducting negotiations and getting fair decision of Final accounts with consultant.
• Analyzing cost proposals for Engineers site instructions.
• On-site Measurements and including participation in Joint Measurement sessions.
• Assessing Suppliers Quotations and Unit Rate Build-ups based on the same (primarily for preparation of cost estimates of variations)
• Preparation of (including maintaining) Cash Flow Forecasts and physical progress
• Controlling all documents (RFI, RFS, CVI, MS)
• Attending site progress meeting
• Preparation of Shop Drawings.
• Preparation of Monthly Interim Payment Application
• Preparation of Variations.
• Formalization of Sub Contracts and Suppliers Agreements and Contract Administration.
• Analysis of Sub Contractor’s Quotation and Formulating Comparison Table.
• Preparation of Sub contractor’s Payment certificates.
