I am working as a Procurement Officer reporting to the Director. Here we are involving the
in procurement of both Operational and Capital Expenditures.
Negotiating price and terms of products with suppliers.
Controlling the purchase and supply of all procured items and services.
Benchmarking performance of the Supply Chain.
Establishing terms, pricing, quality requirements, delivery, and contracts.
Adhering to all company policies with particular regard to accounting procedures.
Administering the online/Offline purchasing systems.
Reviewing all contracts/agreements to achieve ‘best price/best quality’ purchasing.
Preparing & processing requisitions, purchase orders & invoices for purchases
Making recommendations & advising senior management on all purchasing issues
Maintaining records of supplier contracts, agreements, goods ordered received
Managing vendor relationships and building effective supply chain partnerships
Managing forward planning of material requirements and controlling inventory levels to achieve
production target in the Capital and Operational Expenditures.
Working with suppliers to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost-effectively
and building strong working relationships both internally and with key suppliers.
Generating and implementing purchasing strategies.
