• Initiate fax to obtain customer’s confirmation for rental extension or demobilization of unit prior to due date. Notify customer through fax for any damages, due services or extra hours metered in line to contractual agreement.
• Review customers’ account from time to time and follow-up on payment for outstanding invoices in the meantime obtain account confirmation while payment in process to secure receivables.
• In case of non-payment, prepare and submit complete file to legal department for necessary action, legal suit.Generate monthly reports such as division performance report, lost sales report, ageing list and payment collections.
• Review Operating Statement and correct wrong posting through Journals, if any.
• Liaise with HO for insurance of equipments (inventory), approvals for discounts exceeding regional authority, ROP (Rental with Option to Purchase) prices and authorization to sells ex-rental units.

• Arrange printing of divisional stationery like rental contracts, gate passes, terms and conditions, incoming report, invoices, business cards, letter heads etc.
