•Follow up with Courier Company for day to day deliveries till the material reaches the customers.
•Coordinate with Sales Team and Sales Coordinators for any issues related to deliveries.
•Handle formalities through constant communication with freight forwarder, customs broker, general authority for investment and free zones.
•Supervise and coordinate unloading of shipments.
•Ensure quality control for outbound shipments.
