• Designed automated system solution control panels while following the standards such as custom based UL 508A
panels for any unique control needs such as Auto-Stop, with Manual/Auto mode features, Auto Synchronize,
Auto Load Share, Auto Load Shed, Auto Reload. Supervised the creation and assembly of NEMA 1, NEMA 12,
NEMA 3R enclosures, Steel, Stainless Steel, or aluminum enclosures, all name tags attached with stainless steel
screws, all wires labeled at each end with sleeve type wire markers, Enclosures painted any color as per client
requirement.
• Worked out on the BOQ of Compact & Unit Substations. The major components of Compact Substation were as
follows:Ring Main Unit, 3 X Single Core XLPE cable, Distribution Transformers, Insulated Copper Bus Bar &
LV Distribution Board.
• Designed different range of annunciator panels for industrial usage to give indication of an alarm condition, or
equipment status, made up of cells and comprising one large window, two medium or four smalls. Followed up
the construction and its assembly as per client requirement. The Alarm annunciators were fully programmable for
a whole range of different sequences and functions.
• As per the client requirement designed different range of NEMA enclosures such as NEMA 4 enclosure which is
intended for either indoor or outdoor use to provide a degree of protection against falling rain, splashing water,
hose-directed water, undamaged by the formation of ice on the enclosure. And also, NEMA 4X enclosures which
is intended for corrosion resistant environments.
