Coordinating and assisting project Construction Director, Project Managers, Construction
team & Sub Contractors on Activity of and Progress.
Prepare schedule and monitor work in accordance with drawings/Specification and agreed
planning & program so that proper tolerance of the project are maintained.
Raise inspection requests and execute the project is running in planned schedule and as per
specifications and BOQ and Carry out daily site inspection.
For the forthcoming activities, follow up and assists with Project Manager/Sub-contractors in
preparing and to get the Method statement and Risk assessments for approval from
consultant.
Maintained professional relation with Client/Consultant and able to resolve major design
issues related to Structure and Finishing works.
Attending Progress meeting with Clint, Subcontractor and Site Team.

Projects Experience
Contribution Monitoring progress with weekly tracking sheet update of each activity.
Preparing ahead week program and giving target to construction team.
Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance
standards and specifications
Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and
represent them in the field
Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project
participants to provide assistance and technical support
Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
Certification of bills of sub-contractors as per weekly quantity.
Preparing method of statements prior to the field execution of all works.
Monitoring daily allocation and production of team. Reviewing the executed
works according with the issued instruction and to the required quality.
Preparing an indent for material required on site on fortnight basis.
Monitor project progress and handle challenges.
Maintaining records of all types of check sheet, clearance and design changes.
Supervising and guiding sub-contractors works like MEP, EIFS (external render),
Façade, GRC, canopy, secondary steel for claddings, Dry wall, Tiles, Marble,
Stone cladding, False ceiling, Landscape, Hard cape, Interlocks, Water proofing,
GRP wors, Joinery works, water futures, timber flooring and Fit out works etc.

Contribution Checking of reinforcement and BBS provided in the RCC structures.
Supervising concreting, shuttering of footing beam, pile cap, raft slab, retaining
wall, columns, core wall, manhole, water tank, raft slab, cast in situ slab, rib slab,
deck slab and HCS slabs etc.
Raising Technical quarry (TQ) or Request for information (RFI) for design
issues.
Follow up all site inspection and Dubai musicality (DM), ADM (Abu Dhabi
municipality) Structural inspection.
MEP work co-ordination with civil work and checking as per design builder work
and Architecture drawing.
Follow Up for the Materials required for upcoming activities from subcontractors/
Suppliers and our procurement team as per schedule and to compile with our
specification, then submitting for Engineer’s approval.
Supervising all kind of maintenance work under DLP (defect lamination period)
like civil, joinery, fit out, landscape, hardscape, interior and MEP related works.
Guiding and maintaining the workers and extracting from them the most skilled
work with fewer time limits.
Possesses proven expertise in providing leadership, direction and strategic
vision in all.
Good knowledge about PT (post tension) slab, HCS topping, cast in situ and
precast panel erection.
Good knowledge about all Façade systems like Curtain walls, GRC, stone
cladding and EIFS external render work.
Good knowledge of structural steel works and secondary steel for cladding.
Good knowledge of structural repairs and strengthening work using CFRP
carbon fiber reinforced plastic or rod, beam extension, column and beam plate
fixing with bolts, crack injection and fire protection encasement with concrete and
other materials.
To be conversant with company Quality and HSE Policies and ensure that the
people on site observe and implement them.
