Action: Aggressively investigated market in the United States and Britain for cost of products. Proposed integrating a dedicated Carrier Comfort Network BMS costing US$300, 000, enabling efficient management of capital-intensive chiller equipment costing US$2.80 million.
Result: Clients approved proposal to incorporate this system into their center. Savvy negotiation enabled a profit margin increase of 50%, enabling Phase Two to begin with an increased budget.
