Review scope of works and implementation Electrical activities at site. Conducting inspection and Implementation of Quality check list and raising inspection site data. Making follow up and closure of NCR at site installation. Prepare and review of Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) for different project QC. Regular site inspection to eliminate Non-conformance Responsible in compiling of QA/QC reports. Inspection of materials received from suppliers, and verifying the things going at site according to standard procedure, and then develop inspection reports for the activity to analyze variance in the activity process and to control Non-conformance.
Responsible to review Quality inspection reports and Field test report and submission to client for final approval as part of project handing over stage. Prepare monthly and weekly project Electrical status reports for client submission through senior management.
Prepare One Week site Look Ahead Schedule with coordination to site PM and Planning Dept. Monitor & maintain quality records & documentation like Non-Conformance Report (NCR), Inspection Report & other Deliverables as per QMS.
Coordination with Consultant & Project Manager for weekly Inspection schedule.
Manage a team of two QC inspectors & one document controller.
Attend meeting with Client, Consultant, and Project Management.
Prepare Material Inspection Request & conduct the inspection with consultant.
Prepare & review the RFI & RFT & conduct the inspection with consultant.
Testing & Commissioning:
1. ATP-2; Fluke test of Structured Cabling System (Enterprise/BMS/CCTV/NTV), UTP Cat 6/ Cat 7 cables. ATP - 3; Field of view of CCTV. ATP-2; FLUKE OTDR Test of Fiber Optic cables.
2. ATP-2; GSM Standalone Performance Test for GSM Cable & GSM Antennas only, Connected to Remote Units. ATP -2; Standalone Performance Test of FACP with all related FAS Equipment.
3. ATP -3 & 4; Integration of FAS with MEP.
4. Performance Test of Public Address System (Rack Equipment, Speakers & Noise Sensors).
5. ATP-2 & 3; Standalone Performance Test for Access Control System for Security Rack with related Field Devices Testing.

Primary Responsibility
•Review site drawings and Support the Electrical activities at site and implement Checklist for inspection at site. Responsible for making a follow-up regarding ‘Corrective Action’ for any Non-Conformance occurring at site. Responsible to review Quality inspection reports and Field test reports and submission to client for final approval as part of project handing over stage. Prepare monthly and weekly project Electrical status reports for client submission through senior management. Maintaining the master list for all calibrating instruments used at site and arranging their calibration at planned interval from third party source.

Interfaces with Product Line Procurement Manager to plan and prioritize purchasing activities, reviews planned orders, creates requisitions for purchased items, and manages approval. Transmits and prioritizes approved purchase orders and supporting documents to supplier. Track order acknowledgement, prepares and communicates shortage and backlog reports, and provides visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers. Track orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs. Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed. Ensure orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts; reports non-conformances, leads finance and logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies. Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiencies. Contribute to consolidation, reduction, and rationalization of the local supplier base.
Maintain the BOQ with updates from suppliers until after awarding the contract. Prepare schedule of comparison. Reiterate with designers and suppliers for finalization of quantity and quality. Establish delivery terms, time and stages of inspection for the supply with Project Management Team. Regularly train on company development programs. Report on budge versus actual performance on project-wise basis. Arrange and participate in meeting between suppliers and company engineers and other personal to facilitate standardization and economical procurement. Assist Tendering and Costing Department as and when required.
Review the PR’s received from the site, clarify & validate the details & ambiguities, floating enquiries to the prospective vendors for obtaining the best quotation among the competitive vendors. Prepare Technical & Commercial Evaluation for the responded vendors, Negotiate pricing with suppliers & commercial terms like payment, material inspection, delivery schedule, warranty, performance bond. Coordination with cost control department for budgeting, ensure compliance to project budgets and provide analysis of deviations. Prepare of PO, post-PO activities including NMR submittals, inspections, expediting the shipment etc., Coordinate with finance department to make sure that all the dues to the suppliers are being paid on the due date. Maintain comprehensive reports and records of the correspondence for the future reference.

Monitoring Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all Low Current Systems like Fire Alarm System(SIMPLEX), CCTV(PELCO), Access Control System(VIRDI), Public Address, Sound System(PASO), Master Clock(SIMPLEX/MOBATIME), Leak detection system, Fire Suppression(FM200). Monitoring installation of all electrical DB, indoor type IP 55/IP33/IP15, outdoor type, Weather proof panel boards, Safety Disconnect switches, Branch circuit breaker SP/DP/TP, molded case circuit breaker, Bolt on type/ Plug in type indoor type, Cable termination as per RYB Combination in the Main Breaker/ circuit breaker & Fire Suppression. Termination, Testing and Commissioning of all above specified electrical DB & Fire Fighting (FM200) systems. Carry out inspection at all stages like Pre Stage, In-process and final joint Inspection with the consultant. Monitoring installation of all Electrical system. Comprehensive knowledge of Contract Drawings, Specifications, Schedules and Budgets.
•Monitoring contractors, quality systems, records and quality personnel for compliance with Project and SV requirements. Precise co-ordination with all trades, startup job and pre commissioning activities. Making necessary changes in the drawings and reviewing as built drawings as per the site conditions. Ordering the installation material required for fixing the system. Offer feasible solutions to reduce time usage and quality outputs. Reviews project plans and proposals, then works with management to develop project objectives. Identifies project responsibilities determining the phases and elements of the project. Calculate time frames and sequences the stages of the project. Prepares and distributes a description and timeline of the project. Studies product design, customer requirements performance standards, then determines project specification. Presents cost estimates and performance standards.

Attend HOC (Hand-over Commissioning) meetings in compliance of quality for all subcontractors. Review testing and Pre commissioning documents required & specified in scope. Participation in Pre-Start up safety reviews prior to commissioning and Punch list identification activities. Conducting the meetings with the contractors to review the Quality aspects of the project.
•Complete commissioning of the systems as per the manufactures test procedures and preparation of the commissioning statements. Solving all technical queries on construction constrains to the Consultant and co-coordinating with consultant to resolve design & drawing slips. Preparation of construction checks sheet, data sheet & pre commissioning sheet (QA/QC checks). Assisting consultant in preparation of specification for future electrical works. Installation and extension of power supply to HVAC SYSTEM. Testing & commissioning of Differential Relays, over current / Earth Leakage Relays and Auxiliary relays. Acceptance test of the site once the Electrical work on the site is completed.
