investigating availability and suitability of options for new premises;
calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money;
planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives;
managing and leading change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities;
directing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling;
ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation;

planning best allocation and utilisation of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organising current premises;
checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies;
coordinating and leading one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility;
using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement;
responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences.
* Preparing of the project Quality Plan, ITP, Forms, Checklists, ...ets
* Controlling and verifying all the submittals before send to the Engineer (materials, RFIs, drawings)
* Inspecting and checking the finished work before submitting to the Engineer
* Monitoring the quality of the work at site and coordinating with the site team for solving the site problems
* Preparing all the method statements required to perform the job
* Carry out and follow up all the required tests (lab and field) according to the project requirements
* Monitoring the implementation of the company QMS

Resposible for managing, verifing, & controlling all technical issues in a large comercial complex project (AL WAHDA MALL) in Abu Dhabi City
* Conducting internal audits to insure the implementation of the Quality Management System
* Training employees to implement the Quality Management System
* Preparing Projects Quality Plan
* Following up corrective and preventive actions in projects
* Conducting statistical analysis for check requests, materials submittals and drawings submittals.
* Following up materials inspection and testing.
* Conduct inspection for in-process field works.
* Training employees to implement the Environmental Management System.
* Conducting internal audits to insure implementing the Environmental Management System
* Conduct and Participate in site inspection, visits and prepare safety audits.
* Ensure that project safety policy is strictly followed by all staff and sub-contractors.
* Develop safety awareness programs to suit individual sites/ projects.
* Investigate causes of accidents including near misses and make necessary recommendations to prevent recurrence.
* Keep record of injures, motor vehicle accidents, property damage, fires and heavy equipment accidents and safety meetings.
* Prepare safety toolbox meeting topic.
* Conduct Safety Audit to check conformance with the established safety program and to draw management attention to any defect or deficiency.
* Conducting internal audits to insure the implementation of the Quality Management System
* Training employees to implement the Quality Management System
* Training employees to implement the HACCAP Requirements.
* Conducting internal audits to insure implementing the HACCAP System
* Investigate causes of accidents including near misses and make necessary recommendations to prevent recurrence.
* Ensure that all employees are implementing the safety requirements by wearing the safety tools inside the factory
