Created a Preferred Supplier List of 15 best-in-class vendors after filtering them across 7 criteria including competency, experience, trainer profiles, references, pricing, and proof of concept trainings
5.Leadership Programs: Facilitated and organized CXO Level Leadership programs that focused on Job Assignments, Mentoring, Executive Coaching, 360 Degree Feedback, Action Learning Projects
6. Project Management: Managed high-profile training programs that cost over GBP 40, 000 each in collaboration with external vendors from US/UK
7. L&D Portal: Designed the L&D Portal on Sharepoint Framework to make it a one-stop shop for staff to view all L&D Programs offered (in-house/external).
