GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY:
•Preparing the monthly industrial result and comparing it vs. budget and vs. last year and explain the
deviations.
•Analyzing the P&L to (commercial part and industrial part) on monthly basis and comparing it vs.
budget and vs. last year and explain the deviations.
•Reconcile the variance between standard overheads cost and actual cost and variances allocation.
•Calculating the monthly contribution margin by category, market and item.
•Comparing the sales volume vs. production volume to calculate the stock variation on monthly basis.
•Preparing the daily and the weekly reports that involve (comparing production volume vs. budget vs.
forecasted vs. machines counters - main raw material stock and coverage days and price effect vs.
budget prices - main raw and packaging material.
•Preparing the daily and the weekly reports that involve (comparing production volume vs. budget vs.
forecasted vs. machines counters - main raw material stock and coverage days and price effect vs.
budget prices - main raw and packaging material losses - machines efficiency and time down details -
headcount and working hours per department to measure the productivity s/Kg).
•Creating and updating the bill of material (BOM) on ERP system (Axapta).
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY

•Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing
standard costs to actual production costs.
