 Invite client/3rd party inspector at vendor’s facilities for witness of main equipment inspection as per the inspection test plan (ITP). (Power transformer, Switchgear, Control and protection panels, all outdoor equipment and ect…..).
 Co-ordination with the vendors for timely manufacturing and the delivery of Electrical/Electromechanical equipment to the site.
 Arrange mobilization and demobilization of equipment for allocated projects.
 Prepare the detailed work pack, method statement, risk assessment, test procedures and reviewing all electrical drawings for site/construction engineers and sub-contractors.
 Monitoring the site activities and ensuring execution of work as per design and schedule. Taking necessary action to achieve the target dates.
 Obtaining work permit, shutdown for the erection, modification, testing activities at site.
 Preparing and handing over of Dismantled materials and operational spare parts to client designated warehouses.
 Preparing and submitting Bi-Weekly & Monthly progress report to Saudi Electricity Company.
 Preparation and submission of Project progress invoices periodically to client.

The project AUTOMATION FOR LAMINATIONS (COATING WITH VARNISH AND
HEAT-TREATMENT), deals with the coating of steel laminations with a layer of varnish on both
the sides. The laminations are then passed on to the Heating Chamber and the varnish layer is dried.
It makes use of Conveyor Belt, Cylinders, and Sensorsetc. In this project the components moves on
the conveyor belt. After the laminations have been laminated, they are moved to the container box.
This is done by using Automation through PLC (Programmable Logic Control).
