Job Responsibilities:
1. Preparing IPC(Interim Payment Certificate ) every month according to progress work.
2. Taking off the Quantities as per the Site/Drawing, for the Consultant and even for the Sub-Contractor. Finalizing the bills of Sub-contractor as per the site quantity, at the same time taking the approvals of our bills from the Consultant.
3. Preparing Sub-contractor PC (Payment Certificate ) According to Purchase order (PO & Contract )and submit to Cost control Department. (for Issuing Payments)
4. Preparing the Variation/Change Orders as per the Drawings & BOQ
5. Prepare Quantity take off Quantity (Estimated Quantity as per drawing & BOQ)
6. Monitoring of work progress & Coordination with all Engineering Dept.
7. Maintaining measurement Sheets and filing hardcopy According to Progress work.
8. Updating progress report, Variation Log, Sub-contractor payment log & Client payment log in weekly and monthly basis.
9. Checking of Quantities as per the approved shop drawings and follow up with time schedule
10. Strong ability and personality to lead, control and co-ordinate.
11. Prepare Budget cost as per Take off quantity.
12. Calculate Take off Quantity as per Division wise & Floor wise
13. Prepare Material Request (as per required Quantity)
14. Vast experience (Pre-tender & Post-tender )
15. Prepare Comparison bill as per BOQ Quantity & Take-off Quantity.
16. Vast experience in drafting the drawings of Architectural, Civil and Structural.
17. Follow Architecture /Structure. Drawings, Sections & Elevations & Detail working Drawings & Interior Drawings as follow of Projects include Residential, Commercial &High rise building
18. Reporting to concerned Engineers for progress of work.
