I am working as a sales manager for 3M patient warming business & Elcon German surgical instruments. My core activities include educating O.R staff about concept of hypothermia there by creating demand for 3M temperature management products. Enhancing market sales and achieving primary targets. Incorporate innovative management techniques, systems, processes and procedures to enhance business practices, increase productivity and boost revenues

Develop selling skills, products and technical training plans for the sales force in order to guarantee the right level of expertise in line with regional guidelines, Lead the interface with plant and provide consolidated forecasts for the GCC business, Accountable to deliver sustained growth in sales and market share for the GCC business, Challenge and review the plans and results of local sales managers in GCC, Implement and embed the Regional Sales Manager role in line with GCC/Global business unit guidelines.
