IT Manager 2006-2010
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in installation, implementation and maintenance of the company’s Internet connectivity and the Local Area Network.
• Assist in following up that all hardware and software is maintained properly and in a timely manner, including required preventive maintenance. Ensures all maintenance contracts are fulfilled properly and are renewed on time.
• Responsible for ensuring that the Lotus Notes network is operating properly and updated as required and providing technical assistance to all Lotus Notes users.
• Responsible for implementing the security procedures relevant to the computer and network systems, assigning passwords to users and defining their access levels. In addition, to ensuring that no unauthorized duplication of data and software takes place and ensuring that all computers’ software, hardware and data are not removed from the office premises.
• Responsible for providing in-house computer software training, in addition to reviewing and recommending external training programs for various personnel.
• Responsible for collecting all required information and preparing IT Section periodical reports, in addition to preparing, updating and maintaining the hardware and software inventory list.
• Interpret and ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to by his section and should establish and implement work procedures for the section.
• Motivate and evaluate Section staff, and recommend personnel actions such as promotions, discharges, disciplinary actions, etc. within his section.

Developing software applications (Web applications, Web Services, Windows Services, Client/Server applications).
•Maintain and modify programs; make approved changes by amending flowcharts, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes
•Analyze the performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor.
•Document programming problems and resolutions for future reference
•Designs new computer programs by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
