Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in installation, implementation and maintenance of the company’s Internet connectivity and the Local Area Network.
• Assist in following up that all hardware and software is maintained properly and in a timely manner, including required preventive maintenance. Ensures all maintenance contracts are fulfilled properly and are renewed on time.
• Responsible for ensuring that the Lotus Notes network is operating properly and updated as required and providing technical assistance to all Lotus Notes users.
