Full control of all accounting/Inventory activities and ensure proper application of policies and procedures related to finance and accounting.
-Preparation and Finalization of Financial Statements of the Company.
-Checking of Monthly Inventory Reconciliation Statement.
-Manages and distributes daily workload among the staff. Leads a team work approach and be able to train, develop and appraise the accounting team.
-Checking, posting, ensuring & reviews all vouchers.
-Make adjusting journal entries for errors.
-Create and post accrual entries.
-Ensure that records & transactions are being maintained in accordance with the international accounting standards.
-Closing of Monthly Financial Statement Reports.
-Supervision of the team members & ensures they are carrying out all their tasks & responsibilities efficiently & on a timely manner, Manage doing effective Budgets and Cost Controlling.
- Corresponds with banks on L/C related issues.

Prepares profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
- Compile and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and documents business transactions.
- Establishes, maintains and coordinates the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
- Prepares and reviews budget, revenues, expenses, payroll entries, invoices and other accounting documents.
- Resolves accounting discrepancies and explains billing invoices and provides orientation of accounting policies and procedures to the business.
- Recommends, develops and maintains financial data bases, systems and manual filing systems.
- Participates in developing the annual operating budget and consults with department heads/managers on the fiscal aspects of program planning, payroll recommendations and other administrative actions.
- Prepares the following reports : (a) Monthly Aging Report, (b) Monthly Sales Report, (c) Monthly Purchase Report, and (d) Monthly Bank Collection Report
-Monitoring daily Bank Transactions.
-Prepares and updates cash flow forecasts, daily.
