- Manage the scope of work, objectives, quality of deliverables, and other project management activities for the project(s) and/or multi-project program(s).
- Ensure the development of project plans for all phases of the project and associated deliverables.
- Work with stakeholders to finalize the project budget and scope of work and manage project budget(s) to meet financial and company goals (realization targets), proactively ensuring adherence to change control process.
- May direct and lead project activities for team members related to their project-oriented tasks to ensure that project/program milestones are met
- Participate in project scope and budget development, evaluate the feasibility of potential programs and impact on company operations and goals.
- Take the ownership of the mobile app and set product life cycle and strategy.
- Take ownership of mobile app product and projects - collaborating with developers to understand the challenges of building features at all levels of the stack as needed
- Maintain and update product roadmaps through collaboration with our co-founders and business teams.

Leading Omni-Channel platform, e.g., E-commerce, Mobile Apps, Marketing Tools, from development and operation perspective. And that included from collecting and analyzing business requirement and all the development cycle.
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities with agile methods.
- Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
- Develop and manage Nahdi channel strategy.
- Leading and manage all Nahdi channel (E-commerce, Mobile Apps, E-prescription, SSO, Customer 360 View, Google Analytics)
- initiative and leading the implantation different marketing technology e.g. Marketing Automation and Personalize Tools.
- initiative and leading Pepper (Robot) integration with Nahdi service
- Develop and manage Nahdi channel strategy.
