Thbat Co owns and operates more than fourteen restaurants, that combine American, Oriental, Levantine, Turkish, and Armenian cuisines and all services' kinds.
Leading more than 400 employees to reach the same objective, as the the company vision is to be one of the first best five F&B investments companies in KSA by 2025.
By serving more than 1.3 Million customers and producing & serving more than 6 Million dishes and meals per year (This number is growing every day and forecasting to reach 10 Million by 2025), Thbat restaurants' brands are fulfilling their customers lives by joy, quality, and temptations.
So, brands like Lokma Tamam, Burger Avenue, Tuba Terrace, Tuba Shawarma, Two & Two, Falafel Shaker are considered as leading ones in their areas of specialties and kitchen types. This could be examined by worthy experiences.
Has worked on the group expansion plan and targeting to open 25 new branches by next fiscal.
The story started as a passionate challenge by one person, and the journey continues in the same path it was started, driven by unconventional determination to aim and embrace perfection!
Headed the F&B units of the group which includes many local & international restaurant brands, and was able to launch them successfully and set expansion plans accordingly .
Also, Founder & Sector Head ESHATRI Ecommerce Group that has more than 5 different products between eCommerce portals and E-services Mobile App.

Lead the Operations Marketing departments of BANET Co which includes Panino’s (Gourmet Fast Food Concept. 18 Branches Kingdom Wide and start to open five more branches during the current year 2011), Balsamico (Fine Dining Restaurant Brand, with two branches at Jeddah) and Waffles Factory (BANET Co is the Master Franchisee of The Brand in MENA Region).
Report to the company’s President (Owner) on the sales performance of each brand and on their Marketing Plan which use different type of business nature (either B to C or B to B).
Manage the franchisees project of the brands.
Marketing Mix execution.
Lead the training department and get the managers and executives trained to meet the company’s objectives.
Meet many goals that were highlighted in the marketing plan (short term objectives) which include sales growth, improvement of customer services and reducing cost.
Tie up with many corporate to improve our business loyalty.
Lead the sales and marketing of F&B Sector of Baluaid Group of Companies (BGC).
Coordinate with the Marketing Director in different tasks as per the group’ business requirements.
Represent the group’s brands (Ruby Tuesday, Manhattan Fish Market, Ruby Lounge and Solidaire).
Communicate & coordinate with Mother Company in USA for Ruby Tuesday and in Malaysia for Manhattan Fish Market, the marketing activities & business requirements).
Updating the Market Research and the costumer’s behaviors data in order to lead to meet costumer’s satisfaction.
Edit & Execute the existing Marketing mix action plan for last 3 quarters of 2008.
Prepare & Execute 2009 & 2010 Marketing Plans.
Create & Establish the Ruby Lounge Brand on May-2010.
Initiate, Plan & Execute Marketing activities which include the Ramadan sponsorship, schools tour, fashion show, anniversaries, opening of new branches, launching new products…
Conduct training for new marketing employees.
Manage the franchisees programs in the Middle East.
Create an internal customer loyalty program to be implemented by the group (Be Balubaid Business Supporter).
Create and head Marssana Advertizing agency to serve the group’s marketing mix needs and get other business from the market.
Execute many new concepts under Marssana Advertizing agency.
