 Coordinates all JANA training activities. Receives training brochures from providers, contacts them to get information on different courses. Sends training need forms to all departments every 6 months, receives training requests, matches to available courses, and sends confirmation to department with details. Records courses attended in employee file and finalize all arrangements including the payment of training fees. Follows up with training providers for information and negotiation.
As ISO Management Representative responsibilities include
 Insuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained .
 Reporting to the top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement .
 Insuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization .
 Liaison with external party on matters related to quality management system
