- Attending/Resolve IT Tickets assigned by service Desk agents on time according to SLA on our HP Service Manager.

The central National Payment Switch owned by the Central Bank Of Sudan, That is operated by EBS is responsible for all the electronic payment transactions in Sudan. The National Switch provide robust national payments infrastructure, to provide payment services for all cardholders through ATMs, And POS across the nation bank. As well through SMS. Support services provided by EBS to manage the National Switch services include offer the technical support for bank to enable them to manage their own ATMs.
- Link the interface for banks/switches.
- Offer the necessary reports to Center Bank of Sudan (CBOS) to conduct clearance, settlement between banks.
