• Successfully concluded a 3-year transaction valued at AED 73, 650, 000, involving a Musataha lease with the government of Abu Dhabi.
• Managed legal affairs of a leading event management service provider in the MENA region of multiple event management projects.
• Represented a globally-renowned corporate services provider in an audit by the UAE Ministry of Economy in relation to the former’s alleged breach of AMLCFT laws.
• Drafted entire suites of AMLCFT policies, controls and procedures.

I served in the Egyptian Air Defense, 2nd Field Army Command at Al-Ismalliyah as an interpreter and translator. During our selection process I came forward to the senior officer and spoke of my qualifications and linguistic skills, after which I was tested and assigned to the ADF Command. My job was to translate English documents, manuals, contracts and letters to Arabic and vice versa, I also travel with the command's officers on meetings with foreign parties as an interpreter between both sides.
