1. Managing and Executing projects from its initial stage till the handing over of works like MV/LV cable works,
Electrical Substation works, Building Construction, Fit Out Works, Street Light works & Tunnel Lighting & All Mechanical works
2. Attend and witness Testing and Commissioning procedures for all Electrical & Mechanical works and systems integration.
Attending authority inspections (KAHRAMAA - Civil Defense (QCDD).... etc., ) and follow the comments with the contractors.
3. Reviewing material submittals, shop drawings, method statement and operation & maintenance manuals for quality check and approvals.
4. Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all work groups at site.
5. Ensuring that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local national or international standards
6. Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all services on site.
8. Attending Meetings with the client and Mai contractor and Consultants to follow up the progress till the end to satisfy the client.

1. Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.
2. Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all Mechanical and related works prior to execution. Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the MEP Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
3. Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
4. Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the Mechanical work groups at site.
5. Plans the execution of all Mechanical related works and coordinates the works to Electrical and civil groups.
6. Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all Mechanical groups at site.
7. Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
8. Supports the MEP Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the Mechanical and electrical groups at site.
9. Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards. . Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards. . Directly responsible for the safety of all Mechanical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards. . Carrying out all Mechanical Works and equipment’s installation activities. Attends regular meeting with client, civil engineers and consultant to provide update on project progress. . Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at site that may arise at any time. To collaborate with cost control and planning department in preparing the daily progress reports. Able to lead site personnel to execute and completion of job on time at site. Performs other related duties as may be required by the MEP Manager.

• Responsible for all the mechanical facilities and services (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Drainage), in Galleries Lafayette Mall in Katara Qatar from the beginning. ( Installation and inspection and testing ).
• Prepare the variations between the tender drawing and latest IFC Drawings.
• Make the LPO for the materials and dealing with the suppliers.
• Making Quantity of the material from CAD Drawings and make selections and submit the material.
• Dealing with Consultant and management team for any complains or designs changes as per site conditions.
• Making Testing and Commissioning.
• Maintenance for all the services and prepare the sheets for maintenance programs and timing and supervise the teams .
• Also I am responsible for maintenance in sout elkaleeg studios in katara and Ali Bin Ali Mosque.

Production Site Engineer in (TPF factory) of gas field
With dehydration unit (triethylene glycol) and with refrigeration unit with
Ammonia and low temperature separator with 2 joule Thomson valve.
•Installation of pipes and make the valve selection.
•Professional in reading the drawings and designs.
