 Assurance: Ensuring that all procedures of approvals and renewals of visa, labor contracts, licenses and other official documents are in compliance with government regulations
 Visa/ Labor Permit Renewal: Managing the timely renewal of all employment visas, health certificates and labor permits
 Application and Paperwork Submission: Submitting and ensuring the process of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies, including but not limited to issuance and extension of visit visas, employment or residence visas, car registrations, trade license, labor permits, staff certificates stamping and attestation within UAE, DEWA and communications, etc
 Record Maintenance: Maintaining adequate records, filling all necessary documentation in order to organize all employees/company’s official paperwork
 Visa Assistance: Assisting and timely updating employees in renewing employment visas and medical process
 Sending Notifications: Sending employees a notification on documentation required prior to their visa/labor card expiring
 Visa Arrangement: Assisting the company and the employees with visa arrangements in embassies
 Database Management: Maintaining accurate database of all passports and residence visas by scanning all documents and updating the database
