Visa Assistance: Assisting and timely updating employees in renewing employment visas and medical process
Sending Notifications: Sending employees a notification on documentation required prior to their visa/labor card expiring
Visa Arrangement: Assisting the company and the employees with visa arrangements in embassies
Database Management: Maintaining accurate database of all passports and residence visas by scanning all documents and updating the database
License Renewal: Renewing all company related licenses prior to expiry date
Report Submission: Submitting detailed reports related to visa expenses to the finance department
HR: Handeling Payrolls, Attindance, vocations, Leaves, Memos, safety instructions, Crains and Forklefts certificates, Hiring new Staff, Terminations, warnings, salaries deductions, ordering stoks, arranging times for morning and night shifts and bus trips, end of service
