Primary:
• Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application.
• Provide design and specification to consultants, integrators, and distributors.
• Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions.
• Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements;
• Listen, understand and convey customer requirements.
• Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
• Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
• Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
• Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required.
• Perform technical/ product training for sales people, estimators, and engineers at targeted accounts.
• Performing material comparison, contract reviewing, and proposal preparation.
• Coordinate between suppliers, sub-contractors, along with other company’s departments, to deliver best performance in mega projects.
• Analyzing costs and sales.
• Preparing reports for head office and keeping customer records.
• Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and correspondence in company approved databases.
• Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
• Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.

• Travel to project sites to preform start-up, integration, and training services.
• Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives.
• Maintain professional business relationships within target accounts.
• Provide status of ongoing projects and future projects.
- Supervising daily maintenance tasks on site.
- Supervise overhaul maintenance tasks on workshop.
- Organizing between the establishment and the spare parts suppliers.
- follow the clients complaints and make sure to accomplish them on time.
• Supervise the daily maintenance for trucks and forklifts.
• Prepare logs for vehicles and daily cost of spare parts.
• Follow the warehouse needs and report it to chief engineer
performing the pre-scheduled maintenance programs for aircrafts engines and airframe
