- Manage and lead the development of the Retail Sales Departments KPI’s, business plan and budget in line with Corporate Strategy.
- Ensure that business strategies and plans are integrated with other related divisions/departments.
- Monitor the Retail Sales department’s performance against pre-set performance goals and KPI’s and recommend corrective actions accordingly.
- Monitor the execution of the sales plan for Retail sales channel (consumer segment - SHOPs, PODs, CBOs & Shop In Shop) across the three regions.
- Propose new initiatives, plans and programs to improve the effectiveness of the Retail Sales function.
- Review all reports prepared by subordinates and prepare periodic reports with respect to the marketing department’s activities and achievements to be submitted to the Senior Consumer Sales Director.
• Manage and monitor the execution of the sales plan for Indirect Sales
Channel (Key Partners, SOHO & SME) across the three regions
(Western, Central, and Eastern).
• Propose new initiatives, plans and programs to improve the
effectiveness with high achievements of the Indirect Sales Channels.
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting against the forecasted and actual
targets versus achievements.
• Report any changes in the customer consumption patterns to
concerned departments.
• Optimize channel’s profitability and attain sales targets for the three
regions
• Manage Partner Performance with new Channels Seeking & Creation.
• Manage Partners Development and plan creation.
• Manage Partners Account such as:
Target, Sales, Planning, Invoices, Payments, Ordering, Credit Limits.
• Manage P.O’s, Order’s processing and Stock level monitoring.
• ERP System Management as ordering, monitoring.
• Manage internal communication.
• New Services, Product’s and Promotion’s Preparation & Management.
