Responsible for:
-Register guests, accommodate special requests whenever possible.
-Process check in and checkout guest.
-Handling guest complaints & requests.
-Takes day reservations and future reservations and post it on Opera system.
-Review the online reservations and post the missing booking on the system, charge online booking.
-Performing cashier related functions like posting charge to guest account, raising paid out, currency exchange, and refund.
Responsible for:
- Answer phone calls from the guest.
- Make (walk in, Go Show and last Minute Reservation)
-Greet arriving guests, assign rooms, and issue keys.
-Collect guest payment and billing information.
-Provide guests with access to hotel service.
-Posting charges for items that guest may order or use during their stay & calculate the guest’s final bill and collect payment.
-Review the meal plan, room rate, guest profile, arrival and departure date according to the guest voucher.
