Develop an annual Marketing plan in conjunction with Sales to ensure profit growth and expansion of Company products. This will detail the year’s activities to meet the agreed Company objectives.
Develop, implement, control and evaluate all the Marketing activities (ATL and BTL) related to the categories as per Marketing Plan
Budget Management: To deliver all Marketing activities within the agreed Marketing budget.
Follow up on the Sales and Stocks of each of the categories handled by me and also by the Team.
Develop and recommend pricing strategy to the Company which will result in greatest share of the market over the long run.
Responsible for brand positioning, Market Share growth, setting entry barriers to protect Market shares and identifying market opportunities.
To keep a close watch on the Market trend, Competitors activities and their prices.
Responsible for a team of 4 product Managers and a graphic designer.
