1) Reporting to the Assistant Manager audit file containing my audit documentation
obtained from audit procedures at our clients.

2) Understand client's environment, internal control and substantive tests of transaction.

3) Evaluate the appropriateness of accounting policies used and the reasonableness of
accounting estimates.

4) Preparing the initial draft of financial statements in Arabic or English language and
making adjustments if required.

5) Doing our audit procedures (ISAs) in auditing standards and with applying (IESBA
Code) that proves our audit independent to express our opinion that client’s financial
statement are present fairly, in all material respects, in according with (IFRSs).

1) Dealing with 6 ministries, companies and their branches, which consist of more than 50
branches distributed around the State of Kuwait.

2) Updating operating systems for all devices and installing printers in PC’s and
troubleshooting for install issue and any technical issues at the request of the client.

3) We have had an important role in equipping computers and printers with special
programs for them for the opening, and we have opened 4 health centers as well as the
Kuwait Institute for Medical Specialization.

4) Answer clients’ inquiries and create a valuable relationship environment.

1) Dealing with 54 branches by assisting customers transactions through video calls.

2) Manage customers’ cards and opening new accounts through Bank’s software called
KIOSK.

3) Assist customers by opening new accounts, informing them about Commercial bank
products, and making sure that their documents are complete.

4) Accurately and efficiently process transactions such as Customers’ deposit checks
through KECCS software following all the related regulations.

5) Passion for helping people along with high level of accuracy to create excellent customer
experiences.

6) Make sure branch customers’ requests/ inquiries are handled fully in a quality manner.
