After obtaining an M.B.A. in Marketing & Finance in 2005, I gained work experience in different corporate settings. I have gained expertise in sales, customer service, and report writing. However, I recognized the need to further my knowledge and enhance my expertise. Therefore, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in performance measurement and balance scorecard from the Central University of Karnataka, with an expected completion date in May 2023.
During my academic experience, I have gained significant knowledge in developing and implementing performance measurement systems in various higher education institutions. My doctoral research involved using the Balanced Scorecard framework to create a comprehensive performance measurement system for Higher Education Institutions (H.E.I.s), where I acquired extensive experience in designing and implementing performance measurement methodologies and developing dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-makers. I have sound knowledge of KPIs. KPI formulation and alignment of business strategies.

 Actively engaged in teaching and evaluating MBA and BBA students in subjects like Business Ethics, Business Law, Marketing, and Advertising.
