Major Duties and Responsibilities Held:
• Acted as a leader within the firm during the process of product planning and marketing - Played vital role in planning product strategy and road map, according to market competition.
• Responsible for the overall performance of the ZTE Mobiles & Accessories.
• And also Responsible for the overall performance of the All Accessories/ gadget brands (Griffin, Apple, Puma, Devia, Puregear, Nonda, Sennhesier, Nike, Belkin, Anker, Aukey Etc…..), which includes managing and developing the brand P&L, positioning in relation to our competitors. I am the key person to plan, develop and implement marketing initiatives and activities for the brands or products.
• Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members, Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities,
• Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on going visits to customers and non-customers.
• Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
• Sales team Management & Customer Relationship Management,
• Supply relationship (Local and International venders),
• Forecasting & Procurement & Inventory Shrink Reduction/Loss Control,
• Multi-Channel sales and distribution (KDR, Open Channel, B2B, Retail, Direct Distribution),
• Identified and activated volume buyers as well as value contributors
• Key Accounts Relationship (Jareer, Extra, LULU, Eddy, Panda, Othaim, Danube, Souq.com, Wadi.com, and Others)
Ensure high availability of DC/File Server & all Application Server’s
❖ Ensure stability of the systems and communications to avoid any downtime in the operations
❖ Guarantee minimal delay in all recovery procedures in order to minimize the impact on Operations
❖ Provide technical support to all production Workstations/Printers in the head office& sites
❖ Installing & configuring standard software’s of all Dept PC’s & sites PC’S
❖ Managing Wireless LAN AP (Access Points).
❖ Analyzing, Planning and Implementing Hardware & Software requirement
❖ Performing remote User administration via remote tools (Remote desktop/VNC)
❖ Verify all computer hardware/peripherals are working properly
❖ Quickly arrange repair of all hardware in occasion of failure
❖ Check regularly & Monitor all Servers/System’s performance
❖ Performing regular backup and recovery as per IT Standard
❖ Monitor & resolve network communication problems
Setup standard LAN by Pulling/Terminating UTP Cable (Cat 5/6&7). Maintain an optimal stock level for IT consumables and spare parts.Communicating & Purchasing of Hardware & Consumables from suppliers when required.. resolve network communication problems..and support users&customers.
