Receiving of new items from approved suppliers, storing good items on the bin location and ensures all item had correct labels.
Prepares discrepancy report for any items found damage or non-conformance to purchase order or report non-standard packaging found during receiving.
Receiving of returned items, storing good quality items in bin location, and prepares damage report for non-conformity items found for proper disposition.
Prepare daily pick list, process orders, and distribute orders to fleet.
Prepare and pick items for vendor buy back, process vendor buys back orders, release vendor buy back items to suppliers.
Conduct regular stock count to achieve inventory accuracy.
Provide support to all i.e., sections mobile, accessories, sim/scratch card, fixed and retail for order processing and item distribution.
Prepares warehouse daily and weekly inbound/outbound transactions reports.
Receiving all incoming Shipments & find out ASN.
Assist in physical checking all the items in the shipment.
Receiving the stock using RF Scanner.
Drafts the report for any discrepancies.
Maintain a logbook on daily transactions.
Identify empty storage space for new shipments.
Segregate and assemble the shelves for binning.
Confirmation of received totes and closing the ASN after the completion of put away.
Running the waves for picking process.
Work execution of picking lists & Packing.
Creating shipping loads for confirmation.
Write off all faulty and damage items from showroom returns.
Unload stocks and dispatches to the respective departments.
Maintained good housekeeping tasks and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Picking the stock using RF Scanner.
Completed with certificates.
