- Preparation of daily/ weekly/ monthly reports for the C-suite executives.
- Developing dashboards/ templates for reports and presentation.
- Provide insights about the revenue, expense, human resource to influence in decision making.
- Cleansing, organizing & remediation of HR data.
- Assisting with ad hoc reports as and when requested.

- Reference data management, data quality management and remediation of data quality gaps.
- Cleansing, organizing and migrating client account data to make it fit for data consumers like Murex and other downstream applications.
- Validation and reconciliation of settlement / payment instructions received from client advisors by performing call backs to global clients by complying with the standards and guidelines.
- Creation & amendments of client account, settlement and confirmation instructions in relevant programs & applications depending on the financial product & the market in which the trade is booked.
- Identifying potential risks and escalating it through the right channels.
- Subject matter expert of the process responsible for training and development of new joiners.
- Collaborated with different teams across functions to improve our process and deliver more efficiently.
