Study and evaluate all ITT documentation including specifications, drawings, and the
contract.
Prepare tender information summary. Identify and inquire for clarifications and
missing information, Project pricing, and update the bid repository and
documentation.
Rate analysis and Initial Estimation.
Prepare BOQs for the tender projects and verify the available BOQ quantities for
the tender projects.
Review BOQs with the drawings, scope of work, method of construction, and
specifications
Responsible for quantity take-off of the available drawings.
Segregation of folders to float inquiries to receive relevant quotations.
Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings and prepare site visit reports and send
clarifications to the client and Consultants.
Tender schedule update.
Coordinate with the MEP team to get Quotations & also, inform them regarding
amendments in tender documents and tender circulars.
Technically assist suppliers and sub-contractors in getting Quotations based on the
available specifications.
Timely instruct the document controller regarding BOQ conversion based on the
preference of the tender submission.
Re-valuation of submitted tender for revised offer.
Prepare a Quantity difference sheet based on the discrepancies found in the BOQ
and drawings.
Prepare clarifications after reading tender documents and forward these
clarifications to the consultant & client to get them clarified.

Prepare RFQ and send it to suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare and updateQuotation status report.
Prepare Quotation Comparison Report.
Check LPO quantities requested by the procurement manager.
Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure the correct equipment,
material, and subcontractor services are ordered or purchased
Determine or negotiate contract terms and conditions, award supplier contracts
or recommend contract awards.
Establish delivery schedules, monitor progress, and contact clients and suppliers
to resolve problems.
Manage paperwork related to contracts.
Verifies subcontract payment applications.
Prepare subcontractor Payment Certificates.
Prepare the variations and get approval from the client.
Reporting to management related to work in Progress.
Coordinate with accounts for verifying the Subcontractor bill and auditing.
Prepare the rate analysis for new Items not covered in the contract.
Monitor the implementation of the variation procedure in line with the contract
requirements ensuring that all variations are accurately estimated, authorized,
and processed with relevant supporting documentation retained
