Responsible for all human resource activities for the company
• Assisting and follow up on companies policies, procedures and documentation
• Communicating with employees on several issues, benefits, and company policies.
• Short listing candidates and taking first round of interview.
• Making Selection letters and offer Letters with distribution of allowance
• Taking care of employees transportation checking schedules
• Maintain annual leave records, sick leave records, annual tickets, visa & passport expires, time
records
• Responsible for all employment contract, Labour contracts, labour relations & benefits
• Maintain annual leave records, sick leave records, Performance appraisal, annual tickets, visa
& passport expires, time records
• Prepare salary certificates
• Responsible for Keeping Nationality & department wise staff records
• Scanning passport copies, Photographs, labour card & national ID’s of staff
• Keeping record of timesheet of staff
• Keeping track on staff attendance, leave record, annual tickets etc

Taking care of sales and Techno-commercial aspect with respect to
supplies of Non - Coking coal to customers.
•Taking care of both direct and indirect sales in coordination with the dealer also.
•Arrangement of lorries for transportation of coal from port till delivery point.
•Maintaining customer relations in leading Public and Private Sector organizations.
