Ensured that all new and existing rotating equipment (All types of centrifugal and hydraulic Pumps(SULZER, KSP, MORET, Grundofs, Aurora, Parker, Vickers, Rexroth) all sizes of screw Compressors, Hydraulic Equipment, Rotary Drums and Kilns) installations and maintenance activities are completed in accordance with applicable standards.
▪ Executed shutdowns and turnarounds procedures whether programmed or unexpected.
▪ Developed spare part strategy for new installations and oversee implementation. Also review spare part strategy for existing equipment as needed.
▪ Gave recommendations to implement/expedite repairs on failed rotating equipment ( including conveyor belts vulcanizing and cold welding)
▪ Managed and allocate resources (manpower, tools and equipment) to achieve successful project execution phases (pre commissioning, commissioning to normal operation
