Registration of the supplier's invoice.
The settlement of the account with the supplier and deal with its differences, then make
payment to the supplier with the due balance.
Registration of the customer's invoice.
Registration of cash collection or check collection and deposit in the bank.
Settlement of customer account.
Issuance of certi cates of debit accounts - receivable. (Customers)
Registration of the employee's holidays.
Registration of the employee's end of service.
Reporting receivables (debit accounts) and their collection.
Reporting the costs of monthly materials loaded on engineering projects of warehouses.
Reviewing the report of the costs of achieved works and works under implementation for each
project monthly, then write a report of the work cost di erence and load it on the project.
Reporting for general expenses.
Inventory of the company's assets and write a report of that inventory.
Inventory the company's treasury and write a report of that inventory.
Writing a report about the pro ts and losses of engineering projects (income statement).
Doing the balance sheet.

Preparing Financial Statements ( Balance Sheet, Income statement ).
Preparing Monthly Trial Balance.
Preparing Monthly Bank reconciliation.
Preparing Journal Vouchers and Payment Vouchers.
Posting to the General & Subsidiaries Ledgers /Accounts.
Preparing indemnity Provision, Salaries and Sta Leave Salaries.
Used Ideal Accountant program to prepare the above Issues.
