• Review all electrical drawings, material submittals and method statements to ensure their
compliance with specifications, contracts and other documents of the projects.
• Review, monitor & control In-house & sub-contractors work progress, performance &
recommend sub contractors progress payment.
• Review and monitor variations to the work to mitigate time and cost impacts for any changes.
• Ensure work execution in compliance with Project drawings, Specifications, Schedule, Quality
requirements & Safety standards.
• Attending progress meetings, review outcomes & identify areas of concern.

and international codes.
• Review BOQ for the scope of construction works, based on the tender specifications and the
layout drawings, for internal evaluation and monitoring.

• Reviewing project documents (Material Submittal, Shop drawings, Coordination drawing,
subcontractors PQD, …..etc.) and monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance.
• Ensure performance of the work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications.
• Prepare SORs, NCRs, official letters and any related matters.
• Provide technical input and experiences to resolve any discipline related issues on site that
may arise.
• Ensure that all work will be inspected prior to being covered by succeeding work activities.
• Oversee and inspect all electrical & instrumentation work and ensure that installation
activities comply with contractual obligations and quality control standards.
• Follow-up with the contractor and support in coordinating with the utility authority regarding
connections whenever required.
• Attend to Inspection Requests (WIRs and MIR’s) submitted by the contractor and take
appropriate action in a timely manner.

• Reviewing project contract documents and monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance.
• Monitoring and/or evaluating electrical tests such as ground-fault, ground resistance, insulation resistance, polarity, continuity, capacity, load and other electrical field tests as required.
• Exercising ability to interpret single-line and/or schematic electrical drawings as well as plans and specifications.
• Field checking installation and location of electrical equipment, electrical duct, conduit, cable, panels and other components of the electrical system being installed.
• Monitoring all electrical installations to assure circuitry phasing, equipment, and grounding adhere to construction documents and National Electric Code requirements.
• Verifying equipment settings, alignment and testing requirements.
• Monitoring Contractors compliance with approved Quality Control Plane.
• Providing general inspection on all Contractor and Sub-Contractor performance to assure a safe and workman-like operation.

• Coordinate all electrical activities with other disciplines.
• Execution and supervision for all electrical systems (LV & ELV) as per project time schedule: power, lighting, MCC, BMS, structure cabling, SMATV, data, fire alarm, CCTV, lighting control (DALI & KNX), UPS, public address & voice evacuation, nurse call, pressure monitoring, access control and master clock.
