- Plan, organize and control daily/weekly production schedules
- Optimize inventory levels and ensure that they are adequate to meet the productions requirements

- Analyze all opportunities and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Supervise effective compilation and collection of information and data to enhance growth.
- Monitor all administrative functions as per requirement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- During shift changes, supply all the necessary information to the next team to maintain or improve the plant performance.
- Produce and present an induction training and familiarization sessions to colleagues and visitors
- Contacting external customers and provide them with weekly updates about their projects.
- Coordinating with the other abroad sites of the company sourcing the materials and manpower.
- Prepare purchase orders
- Document control.
- Time sheet of staff, prepare and maintain employee attendance records and provide feedbacks to employees on same.
- Documents processing such as Personnel Visas, Passes, Permits, Medical Clearances and Training certification.
- Responsible for the labor cost/control and his Payroll.

- Maintaining the billing system.

- Generating invoices and account statements.

- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.

- Producing monthly financial and management reports.

- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.

T- Lining pipes with GRE (internal coating)
- Operate and maintain the pumping machines.
- Operate and maintain peristaltic pumps.
- Use, repair and maintain the Air Opp pumps brand Sand piper (Model SA2-A / Model HDF2), used for mortar application (wet cement).
- Handling the process of receiving, manual handling and inspection of the materials.
- Measuring and calibration for (Digital Vernier, Drifts, Micrometer and Inside Micrometer)
- Thread Inspection and external body For API and Premium connections
- Final inspection for the Duo line pipes before deliver to the customer.
- Experience of using the hand tools, pneumatic tools, drilling machines, angel grinder and bench grinder.
- Experience of the mechanical fitting/assembly.
- Experience with hydraulics, mechanics, pumps, irrigation system and water handling.
- Maintain the mechanical and electrical equipment’s for work needs, perform daily, monthly, and quarterly checks and front-line maintenances as required
- Understand the Maintenance Management System (Work orders, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Predictive Maintenance)
- Basics of welding in arc welding.
- Design and draw tools for work needs and fabricate at workshop.
- Be familiar with the facility’s different contracts requirements.
- During the work, keep track of the same, and after the work, assure that conditions are acceptable to re-start normal operations, as well as house-keeping of the area.
