-Following up and updating study plans as well as setting rules and regulations .
- Advise degree-seeking students & resolving complaints of students tactfully as needed basis.
- Support faculty in their role as academic advisers through information, training sessions, and materials.
- Prepare regular reports and statistics related to college students.
- Tasks of registration:
Dropping & adding courses, withdrawal process, handle the student’s records (soft & hard copies), process equivalence procedures, prepare final study schedules, manage the suspension & leave of absence, class scheduling … etc.).
-Other tasks as assigned by my manager (as needed).
member in planning and implementation of project & handle customer service enquiries and facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables and define the project tasks and resource requirements and coordinate with development team and users

- Contribute to Organizational initiatives such as IT systems implementation & participated in preparing for installing the computerized system for the supply chain management department.
