Current Job: Company: ASEC Automation, Hellwan Cement Factory (11/ 2006-Till Now). 6+ Years Exp.
Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer (from 10 /2010 Till Now).
Job Description: Responsible for maintaining and repairing and troubleshooting the cement mills area that consists of 8 cement mills. Maintenance including :
- Low and medium voltage motors maintenance up to 6.3 KV /4.6 MW.
- Motor Starters’ maintenance Up to 4.6 MW (Oil Starters, Liquid Starters and Start/Delta starting).
- Medium Voltage C.B. OIL Type (ABB) & SF6 Type (ABB & Schneider).
- Medium & Low Voltage Capacitor Bank Panels.
- Medium Voltage Joints & Terminations.
- Low voltage MCC maintenance.
- Medium voltage transformers maintenance.
- Upgrading and modifying the power & control system as necessary.
- Compressors (Atlas Copco) maintenance.
- Dealing with Schneider Digital Protection Relays, SEPAM Series 40 Types of (S40: Substation Incomers and feeders protection & T40: transformer protection & M41: motor protection).
- Following up the Preventive Maintenance Work orders using the SAP system.
- Obeying the Safety System’s Rules all over my Work.
During Shift Leader & Shift Maintenance Position (11/2006 to 10/2010)
Responsible for troubleshooting daily site problems related to power & instrumentations and drives problems.
In addition to the above equipments dealing with:
- Soft Starters.
- Variable Speed DC Drives (ANSALDO).
- Variable Speed AC Drives (ABB, VACON, SIEMENS).
- Instrumentation Sensors (Temperature, Pressure, Flow meter, Speed and Proximity, Vibration).
- Instrumentation Weigh Feeders and Belt Scales.
- Troubleshooting the ABB DCS System (Industrial IT System 800xA) & ABB AC800M PLC.
- Troubleshooting ABB CS31 PLC /AC31GRAF Software.
- Troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLC /RSLogix 500 Software.
- Dealing with ABB REF542 & Siemens Protection Relays.
