Job Description
Manage, plan and execute all T&C activities within assigned scope
Secure access points to T&C Sites within their assigned area
Implement and close out all occupancy permits
Liaises with the T&C Manager, Facilities Commissioning Manage and Training/Manual Manager and Test Engineer to safely and efficiently prepare for test and/or work activities within T&C Site
Liaise with Rail Controller to coordinate daily T&C activities that require completion
Coordinate, plan and manage resources to allow for safe execution of T&C testing and T&C operations
Maintaining the commissioning standards used as the guidelines for the commissioning process used for construction
Maintaining all the necessary documents used in the commissioning process
Developing a commissioning plan for assigned system
Coordinate, and manage external commissioning consultants and contractors
Developing a commissioning schedule that meets the requirements of the project
Drawings review and recommendations concerning constructability, reliability and maintainability
Continually monitor construction/commissioning activities for compliance to contract, documents and quality
Attend project meetings for assigned system as needed
Develop or obtain test, start-up procedures for equipment, and the sequence of operation for use in developing the commissioning plan
Verifying all equipment’s are operating as designed and meets expectation of the system
Coordinate the commissioning team throughout the design, construction and maintenance processes.

Job Description
Responsible for complete Radio Engineering (Installation) work packages. Each radio work package will be defined in terms of budget, timescales and scope
Providing correct and timely technical and engineering input to project and capable of contributing in a hands-on manner to all phases of project: including systems analysis and design, implementation, validation and test, and engineering support to site commissioning
Providing technical advisory to clients with any equipment issues by providing remote assess support and on site trouble shooting and fault finding.
Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate
Driving continuous improvement and cost optimization on site/installation, project execution, work processes and people capabilities to maximise results.
Foster / drive collaboration with design team
Perform contingency planning and execute in case of emergency
Performing root cause failure analysis for all major issues / failures
Assisting in the implementation of Best Practice - Report related repair costs & man hours, both internal and external
Ensuring execution team (including contractors) operates in a manner that is safe for employees, customers and contractors
Process project and risk management. Identifies factors that could adversely affect project execution, safety requirements or customer satisfaction

Supervising the installation of FIDs and coordination with sub-contractor for onsite configuration and troubleshooting

Coordinating with NETWORK team for issues related to network for end devices (responsible for)
