Job Duties:
1- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
2- Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
3- analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales
4- Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control anticipating customer demand.
5- Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service
6- Prepares sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions.
Job Duties:
1- Be involved with visual team to display our products.
2- Be involved in stock control and management.
3- Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
4- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments on the POS.
5- Stocking shelves with merchandise.
6- Answering queries from customers.
7- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the management.
8- Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.
9- Assists in stocking sales floor, stock rotation, displays and organization of merchandise.
10- Support other department from stock room, admin
