Assisting management in establishing and the startup of the “Human Capital practice” in Dubai
UAE immigration services including risk identification and analysis, advice on immigration strategies, inbound
compliance advice, assignee and dependents case management, preparation and processing of work visa and
residency permits, business visas.
Advising and assisting clients on the requirements and regulations in mainland Dubai and other Emirates as
well as in the many different UAE free zones.
Working with clients to understand and manage UAE Labor laws such as social security, the wages protection
system, End of service benefits etc.
Tracking of Visas renewals and advice and assistance with legalisation of documents.
Talent acquisition and on-boarding of employees at all levels in a multi-cultural environment.
HR strategy & policy development; recruitment; compensation & benefits; training & development;
performance management and employee relations.
Experience in establishing international companies in both mainland UAE and UAE free zones (JLT/DMCC,
TECOM, DSO, and DIFC).
Actively involved in advising clients on doing business in the UAE and other MENA jurisdictions, including
advising on optimal legal structures, licensing requirements, employment rules and taxation.
Delivered client services and sophisticated financial advice to a portfolio of HNW and UHNW individuals
Responsible for fundraising, focused on both regional and international investors including sovereign wealth
funds, pension funds, family offices and UHNW individuals
