• Specific Accountabilities
o Compliance to regulations & standard: Prepare the regulatory reporting in line with deadlines and defined standards.
o CBK reporting procedures: Communicate reporting requirements and ensure these requirements are understood and complied with.
o Report preparation: Prepare regulatory reports efficiently to minimize errors, regulatory fines and penalties.
o Compliance to CBK regulations & standards: Prepare reports for CBK requirements in line with deadlines and standards.
o Regulatory reporting infrastructure: Ensure systems and processes are in place which ensure that data can be captured.
o Training: Impart regular and periodic training on CBK reporting requirements, automation tools used within the Unit and across divisions.
o Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and protect ABK’s reputation with the regulators.
o Group Function: Prepare Regulatory reports relating to overseas branches and Subsidiaries.
o Monitoring Nostro: Monitor Nostro reconciliations, Sub - GL, Internal & suspense accounts and ensure outstanding items are appropriately addressed.
• Prepare / Compile reports taken from Bank's financial data available in the Bank's automated system or those provided by the concerned business / support area
• The unit also reconciles / confirms the financial data in the CBK reports to the Bank's financial records. The concerned business / support areas ensure the correctness of the data and its classification according to CBK requirements in the Bank's automated system.
• Prepare LCR/NSFR/Basel III reports and other credit and financial reports to Central Bank of Kuwait.

• Prepare Central Bank of Kuwait reports (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly).
• Make reconciliation for CBK reports.
• Prepare financial reports for CBK on monthly basis.
• Prepare some of credit reports for CBK

• Prepare Central Bank of Kuwait reports (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly).
• Make reconciliation for CBK reports.

• Prepare Central Bank of Kuwait reports (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly).

• Prepare financial reports namely Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss for management.
• Receive invoices and expense requests from various areas of the bank.
• Review the journals of accounting entries processed for bank’s various General Expenses, Capitalization and depreciation of various fixed assets of the bank, incentive payments and provision adjustments.
• Prepare the accounting entries for capitalization and depreciation of fixed assets and ensure they are posted to proper accounts.
• Review daily P&L and Trial balance reports, Identify and have any abnormalities adjusted
• Analyze Trial Balance and P&L reports. Highlight any major variance to head of the Division.
• Reconciles other assets and other liabilities
• Provides back up support to the Manager, Financial Accounts.
• Prepare various periodic management reports and assist in the monthly management reports.
• Prepare Revenue projections for the head of the Division.

• Audit the invoices of the clients and follow the payment procedure

• Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures
