Handling major corporate accounts including DP World, Dubai Customs, Dubai Trade, Dubai Chambers, and utility
payments
Managing petty cash, bank accounts, and daily cash reconciliation
Posting and reconciling cash vouchers and supplier invoices
Vendor account reconciliation and monthly statement verification
Posting general ledger and profit &loss transactions
Weekly bank reconciliation and daily cash reconciliation
Preparing cheques andbank transfers for local suppliers and overseas agents
Resolving payment discrepancies andvendor issues
Annual asset verification of office and warehouse and allocation of costs to departments
Preparing monthly cash flowforecast reports
Preparing vendor aging reports and clearing overdue payments
Maintaining accounting documentation as per company policy
VAT input/output calculation and monthly FTAfiling
Conducting monthly cash audits and reporting to senior management
Managing accounts receivable, invoicing, and revenue collection
Booking receipts and ensuring timely bank deposits
Following up on outstanding invoices and overdue payments
Preparing aging and past-due reports for management
Handling intercompany AP/AR and overseas agent accounts

Reporting to: Senior Accountant
Managing cash operations and maintaining general ledgers
Reviewing and approving journal entries
Supervising bank, AP, AR, supplier, and customer reconciliations
Preparing costing sheets for local purchases and royalty sheets
Processing payroll and employee settlements
Creating GL masters, suppliers, customers, and item masters
Preparing purchase orders, proforma invoices, delivery notes, and commercial invoices
Maintaining fixed asset register
Training end-users and new employees
Supporting system implementation activities
Liaising with government departments for Certificate of Origin
Coordinating with clearing agents for import shipments
Managing insurance policy issuance and renewals
Preparing leave settlements and final settlements
Managing monthly sales supervision and payment follow-ups
Monitoring customer accounts and disputed invoices
Conducting physical stock verification for audits
Performing intercompany and bank reconciliations
Ensuring smooth order-to-cash cycle

Managing all cash and book transactions
Preparing daily financial reports
Processing salaries based on attendance
Making payments for operating expenses
Maintaining general and ledger accounts
